As a warehouse assistant, Jesse assists in shipping and receiving products, keeping track of inventory and occasionally answering the phone.

Jesse found out about the job through his youth pastor, a friend of many of Colonial's staff, and has been working there for two years.

He says he loves the friendly work environment. "Everybody's family, and my boss is awesome."

Robert assists in shipping and receiving products, keeping track of inventory and occasionally answering the phone. "The atmosphere's great. Everybody's always up here, constantly talking."

Robert also says his boss, Bill, is one of a kind. "He's just a really nice fellow. Like when one of our employees got in a wreck, he loaned him money to get a new car. You'll never find another bossman like that."

Bob makes around-town deliveries as a local courier for Colonial.

"How'd I start working here? Well, my son-in-law put me to work," says Bob, who's been working at Colonial more than 14 years now. Bob is father-in-law to company president, Bill Kaneft, who hired him part-time after Colonial's former delivery person left. Bob's stuck around ever since.

"It's a family-oriented place -- that's why I like it," says Bob.
